Last updated: October 2026. By accessing or using Escepine, you agree to these terms.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Escepine platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Use of Platform

Escepine provides an execution plane and orchestration layer for AI agent workflows. You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and security of the prompts, SOPs, and tool configurations you deploy on the platform.

3. Third-Party Models & Costs

Escepine is an orchestration layer. We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or costs associated with third-party language models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) or external tools you integrate. API usage costs incurred through your workflows are your sole responsibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Escepine Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the platform or the outputs generated by your agent workflows.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or for any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the system.

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide during the evaluation and onboarding process, including your work email, company name, role, and technical configuration details.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide and improve the Escepine platform, authenticate your session, and communicate with you regarding your evaluation status. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Workflow Payloads

We do not train machine learning models on your workflow payloads, SOPs, or tool outputs. Payload data is processed solely for the purpose of executing your agent workflows and is encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. Data Retention

Evaluation requests are retained for up to 12 months. Active workflow execution data is retained for the duration of the active run unless you opt into the Evidence Ledger for audit purposes.
